OptiStruct^® is the optimization package from the CAE software Altair^® HyperWorks^®. Other important modules of the software are:

OptiStruct^® is very user-friendly and quite easy to learn (if you can find a good teacher or a good tutorial). It is a very powerful software that will help you design super lightweight components and structures.
